After Lot’s of searching finally I found correct file to install Internet Explorer 10 on an old Windows 7 32bit PC.
Download SP1 Updater from HERE
Download Internet Explorer 10 32bit from HERE
or Download Internet Explorer 10 64bit from HERE
Restart when its prompted.
